i have the farmer's market this afternoon, hopefully i'll sell lots. i finally found a place to fire, so now, making pots again. looking for a job though.

raku isn't food safe, and it won't hold water, but here it is in all it's shiny-ness!
it's a little hard to tell, but the top of the cylinder is cut crooked, and there are 2 fish with bubbles. Enjoy!
it currently resides on my porch, but it could live at your house for a mere $45...

so, i swear i'm not cheating. i don't know if this has been posted or not. i'll check in a bit though. if it already is, i won't count it. this is a kick ass bowl that is currently broken into a zillion pieces. so i guess this could be considered it's r.i.p. post. *sigh*

i made pots yesterday!!!
way awesome. i threw about 50 lbs. made lots of bowls. that was the first time i have touched clay since early march.
did i mention it was awesome?
pictured is the last thing i made before yesterday. it's bisqued, and in the hallway.

yep, that's a big bowl.
the greenish glaze used to be matte, but i refired it and it was hotter, so it got shiny.
